Our soft cheese knife is perfect for cutting cheeses such as brie, camembert and soft blues. The holes in the blade reduce surface tension, which helps to not drag the cheese down the blade as you cut. Featuring a Sheffield stainless steel blade and turned timber handle made from responsibly sourced Australian grown timbers, its a great addition to your cheese board.
